LA Metro to implement LYT.transit

LYT is headed to Inglewood, California to support LA Metro with cloud-based TSP system pilot deployment.

LYT is excited to announce the partnership with LA Metro in collaboration with HNTB, Iteris, and Nor Cal Signal Supply to bring cloud-based transit signal priority (TSP) system to 54 signals in the city of Inglewood, California. 

LYT.transit will provide a cloud-based TSP system for 54 intersections using existing McCain traffic signal controllers with existing fiber optic communication network for an 18-month system deployment and operation.

LYT.transit will be active on Routes 210, 40, and 115 along the following main roads.

• Florence Ave, La Brea Ave, and Hawthorne Blvd.
• Manchester Blvd.
• Crenshaw Blvd.
