Patrick Armijo is a Professional Engineer with 28 years of experience in the public and private sectors. His expertise includes managing traffic signal design, traffic signal operations, and signal maintenance teams. He also has an in-depth knowledge of traffic signal timing, traffic signal synchronization, Transit System Priority (TSP), Emergency Vehicle Preemption (EVP), and at grade railroad crossing safety.
Previously, he has worked as an expert witness with the Washington State Attorney General’s office on cases involving traffic signal operations. He has also worked on cases involving at-grade railroad crossings and design-build transit system dispute resolution.
