Heidi has worked for small to Fortune 500 sized companies where she gained HR experience spanning benefits/payroll administration to innovative HR practices to attract, retain, and develop top talent. She has held various HR Leader roles in the Intelligent Transportation Systems industry, driving strategic initiatives that enhance workforce effectiveness, and align talent strategies with business goals.

Heidi believes that investing in people is the key to organizational success.  She holds a B.S. in Business from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, along with the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.

Outside work, Heidi enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, snowshoeing, and fishing with her husband.
