Scot has been in the Devops / SRE Space for over 10 years and his central belief is to make life easier for developers. His goal is to make tasks automated while still being understandable & maintainable, while also moving towards newer architecture while causing no downtime to the existing products.

Prior to taking on a role at LYT, Scot worked at Chegg helping them move off of management of EC2 instances that ran off of Chef cookbooks and helped design and implement their infrastructure to microservices philosophy with Docker & Containers.
